K2 Mindbender 89Ti W 2026 All-Mountain / Freeride Skis

The Mindbender 89Ti W is designed as a high-performance all-mountain ski for women who want a versatile setup that balances carving on groomers with stable performance in mixed snow or off-piste terrain. With a waist width of 89 mm and a sidecut geometry of 130-89-114 mm, this ski gives a stable platform that remains agile and responsive. Its All-Terrain rocker profile — with gradual tip rise, camber underfoot, and moderate tail lift — helps the ski adapt across different snow types and terrain variations. The core is built using Aspen Microblock for a consistent, smooth flex and reliable rebound. Underfoot the ski features a Titanal Y-Beam reinforcement for improved power transfer, edge hold, and turn initiation, giving added stability and precision even when skiing at higher speeds or on firmer snow.

Key Features:

• Waist Width: 89 mm — a balanced width offering carve-ready agility and sufficient surface area for stability in mixed snow.
• Sidecut / Dimensions: 130-89-114 mm — geometry tuned for versatility across all-mountain, freeride, and front-side conditions.
• Core: Aspen Microblock — provides smooth flex, consistent rebound, and a forgiving yet energetic feel across terrain.
• Reinforcement: Titanal Y-Beam — metallurgical reinforcement that improves edge hold, power transfer, and turn precision underfoot while keeping tips and tails more maneuverable. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}
• Profile / Rocker: All-Terrain Rocker — subtle tip rocker with camber underfoot and mild tail lift for versatile performance on groomers, chopped snow, and mixed terrain.
• Flex & Handling: Medium-stiff flex — stable enough for carving and hardpack, yet forgiving enough for variable snow and mixed terrain.
• Turn Radius: ~13.1 m (at 164 cm), medium to medium-long turning radius — suited to a mix of controlled carving and freeride turns.

Performance & Feel:

The Mindbender 89Ti W excels when you want a ski that handles everything from groomers to chopped runs and light off-piste with confidence. On firm snow and groomers it delivers stable, precise carving thanks to its reinforced core and edge-hold. In variable snow or softer conditions the All-Terrain rocker and wood core give a forgiving, balanced ride that remains playful yet stable. Its design offers a strong blend of stability, versatility, and responsiveness — ideal if you want a “quiver ski” that can handle resort days, mixed terrain, or unpredictable snow without sacrificing control or fun.

Ideal For:

Intermediate to advanced female skiers looking for an all-mountain ski that combines carving performance, freeride potential, and versatility across conditions. It is ideal for those who want one ski that can handle hardpack, mixed terrain, occasional off-piste, and everyday resort skiing without needing to switch skis often.

Things to Consider:

Because the Mindbender 89Ti W prioritizes versatile all-mountain performance and stability, it may not float as well as wider powder-specific skis in deep snow. Also, compared with narrower carving-only skis or fully powder-focused skis, it offers a compromise — you get balanced versatility, but not extreme specialization. Bindings are not included — you should select bindings with a brake width suited to an 89 mm waist for proper setup.
