Description
The Sato Birdie is a refined new model designed for the piste and its surroundings. Precise, playful and eye catching, this small ski loves to carve on immaculate slopes, have fun with the terrain or offer a few sessions between runs.
Its median flex is playful yet confident, adapting easily to different styles while retaining edge-holding incisiveness at speed.
Skiers who love carving groomers but also want a ski that can roam terrain and transitions. Ideal for those wanting precision and fun in one package.
- Waist width: 88 mm
- Mounting point: –6 cm from center
- Progressive front rocker + early rise tail for pivot and maneuverability
- Classic medium camber underfoot for stability and edge contact
- Short sidecut for reactive carving
- Balanced flex for versatility across terrain
Because it is tuned for carving and terrain flexibility, the Sato Birdie is not built for deep powder or aggressive freeride lines. In very soft snow it may lag compared to wider freeride skis.
